Application for registration of membership is available in the Montclair pro shop, and includes a $250.00 initiation fee + the first month's dues. The membership form is a binding 12 month contract that will be automatically renewed each year unless written notification is given 30 days prior to your expiration date.

If you elect not to take advantage of the automatic billing system, you will be mailed a bill on the 25th of each month with payments due on or before the 10th of each month. Payments not received prior to the 15th of each month will be subject to a $20.00 late fee. Payments that are past due more than 15 days are subject to loss of membership privileges until payment is received in full.

The club reserves the right to assess members on a yearly basis based on the needs of the club. The funds will be used solely for the purpose of Capital improvements. The tennis committee will assist in making the decisions as to where the improvements are most needed in maintaining and improving the club. The assessment will never exceed the amount of $200.00.
